Orders

Can I change or cancel my order?  
Once an order has been processed, it can no longer be changed or cancelled. If you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible and we will try to help where we can.

How do I know if my order is confirmed?  
You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order. If you do not receive one, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Can I place an order without creating an account?  
Yes, you can place an order as a guest without creating an account.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?  
We ship all B2C (online store) orders within Europe.  
For B2B (business) orders, we ship both within Europe and internationally.

How long does delivery take?  
B2C orders are delivered within 1–7 working days after dispatch.  
B2B delivery times vary depending on the order and destination.

How much does shipping cost?  
For B2C orders, shipping Free across Europe 
For B2B orders, shipping is always quoted individually. Please contact hello@ramuhomestudio.com.

Will I receive tracking information?  
Yes, tracking details will be provided when available once your order has been shipped.

Do you offer express shipping?  
At this time, we focus on safe and reliable delivery rather than express services, especially for furniture items.

Delivery & Products

What should I do when my order arrives?  
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

What if my item arrives damaged?  
You must contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging and a clear description of the issue. We will review and provide a suitable solution.

Are there differences between the product and photos?  
Yes, slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to materials and screen settings. These are not considered defects.

Do furniture items require assembly?  
Some items may require light assembly. Instructions will be included where applicable.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my order?  
Yes, for B2C orders you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in original packaging.

Do I get a refund immediately after requesting a return?  
No. Refunds are only processed after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved.

How long does a refund take?  
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 working days.

Who pays for return shipping?  
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Are there items that cannot be returned?  
Yes. The following are non-returnable:  
Custom or made-to-order items  
Used or assembled products  
Sale or clearance items

Do you ship internationally for B2B?  
Yes, we handle B2B orders across Europe and internationally.

How are shipping costs calculated for B2B?

Can B2B orders be returned?
