Shipping, Delivery & Refund Policy
1. General Information
At Ramu Home Studio, we carefully handle every order to ensure safe delivery and a smooth experience. Because we work with furniture and fragile home items, shipping and returns are managed with care and may differ between private customers (B2C) and business clients (B2B).

2. B2C – Online Store Orders (Europe Only)
Shipping Area
We currently ship within Europe only for all online (B2C) orders.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery time is 1–7 working days.
Shipping costs range between €5 and €50 depending on the size and weight of the product.
Orders are processed within 1–3 working days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation and tracking details where available.
For larger furniture pieces, delivery may require specialized transport and slightly longer handling times.
Delivery Inspection
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours and provide clear photos of the product and packaging together with a description of the issue.
Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Conditions:
Items must be unused
Items must be in original condition and packaging
All returns must be approved before being sent back.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of furniture and fragile items, we do not provide immediate refunds upon request.
Refunds are only processed after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved.
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 working days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

3. B2B – Business & Wholesale Orders (Europe & International)
Shipping Area
We handle B2B orders across Europe and internationally.
Shipping & Quotes
All B2B orders are handled individually.
Shipping costs are custom quoted per order.
Delivery timelines vary depending on order size, destination, and product type.

Order Confirmation
B2B orders are confirmed only after agreement on pricing, approval of shipping quote, and confirmation of product availability.
Orders may require a deposit or full prepayment before processing.
Returns & Refunds (B2B)
All B2B sales are final.
Returns are not accepted unless agreed in writing.
Refunds are not automatically provided.
In case of damage or manufacturing defects, claims must be submitted with evidence. We will assess the situation and offer a suitable solution such as replacement, repair, or credit.
Damage Claims
All damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a clear description of the issue.
Late claims may not be accepted.
Logistics
Due to the size and fragility of furniture, specialized transport or freight services may be required. Shipping must always be quoted and approved in advance.
